Our dispatch department go through rigorous training. Because they are the first point of contact it is very important for them to have exceptional customer service skills. They are trained on professionalism, empathy, oral and written communication skills and data entry just to name a few. Those skills will provide quality service and unparalleled support that leads to notable increase in repeat business.
They will also be required to go through drug tests, extended background checks, and have certain certifications that meet their job title and position such as HIPAA and Ethics training.

Here at Distinct Transports, we take pride in our work and making sure we are equipped to handle all the packages we come into contact with. We want to make sure our drivers understand the importance of handling our clients' packages. That is why we have our drivers go through drug tests, extended background checks and have certain certifications that meets their job title and position such as HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen training.
