We are not a business to consumer courier. We are a business-to-business courier.
Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed but notifications will be sent out immediately.
After hours: There will be a surcharge for deliveries made after hours which are 6:00pm Est to 8:00am Est. Normal business hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Surcharge fees will be based on either miles or number of items or materials.
Waiting time: The driver will wait an additional 5 minutes from the time of arrival for the packages to be handed to him for pickup. Any time after the 5 minutes that the driver has to wait, a surcharge of $1/minute will be incurred.
After 10 minutes of waiting for package, the driver has the right to leave. A fee of 10 cents per mile will be incurred to replenish the gas used and failed delivery will be documented.
A refund is subject to investigation. If driver has not made their way to the pickup location, a full refund will be granted pending investigation. Delivery has to be cancelled before the driver makes their way to the pickup location. If driver started moving towards pickup location and the delivery was cancelled the refund will be prorated.
If delivery was cancelled when the driver reaches the delivery destination, a refund will not be granted. Packages can be returned to shipper for additional cost.
